24/7 Crisis Helpline
A crisis could occur anytime, anywhere, which is why we provide a 24/7 social media-based crisis helpline for abuse victims all over India. The helpline is handled by trained volunteers that provides service users with the help they require and direct them to our other services, if necessary.

Care Navigation
Our service users can benefit from our care navigation service, which will:
1. Direct them to licensed mental health professionals if they require pro bono therapeutic support to better deal with the trauma from abuse or its associated mental health concerns, such as depression or PTSD.
2. Direct them to lawyers who specialise in abuse-related cases, if they require legal help regarding the abuse they endured or need to file a case.

Emotional Support Chat
Spotlight offers social media–based chat support for individuals who are seeking emotional support, whether to make sense of their feelings, process experiences of abuse, or speak with a compassionate, unbiased listener. This service is delivered by trained volunteers who provide unconditional support and respect, while strictly maintaining confidentiality.

Training & Awareness Programmes
Spotlight conducts training and awareness programmes for educational institutions, corporate organisations, law enforcement agencies, and community groups. These sessions address topics such as abuse, trauma, consent, mental health, and bystander intervention, and are delivered both online and offline based on the institution’s needs. All programmes are facilitated by trained professionals and are tailored to ensure relevance, sensitivity, and practical impact.
